The 2017 update of Honda's 250 cc dual-sport brought a larger throttle body, a reworked airbox and a new exhaust with a bigger header pipe, worth roughly ten percent more power low and mid-range. An ABS version (CRF250LA) arrived with a rear ABS that can be switched off for dirt riding, plus a new dash with tachometer, new tail light and CRF450R-style graphics. It remained a light, tall, easy-going trail and commuter bike.
